City Island
It’s one of those Up in the Air or Juno or Little Miss Sunshine movies which are ALWAYS good. The story was very similar to Oedipus Rex and kept to its display. The performances were excellent and was quite enjoyable. GO WATCH IT NOOOW!!! :D
Back from the Cruise
It was fun-the highlight of my summer … probably one of those memorable experiences of my life. Hard Candy
Was probably one of the best thrillers I’ve seen in a while. After about the first 30 mins. of the movie…the tables turn in a snap or in the blink of an eye. x.x From there, it was a psychological roller coaster, and there’s one gruesome scene although you didn’t see anything…just…*shudders* struck me. Very good movie.

Requiem for a Dream
Was a very interesting movie about the battle with addiction and the extreme struggles that they faced. The direction was nice and new; very unique with split screens and very close camera work with the faces of the characters. by Woody Allen was a great film as always which I found the humor not all that great. (Maybe my taste in his humor is slowly dying… :o) And the main theme of it was real nice; I liked it. It was like a Whatever Works but for more younger love birds. The only major problem I had with the movie was the acting…sucked sooo much. x.x Woody needed to pick another couple…this one sucked...

My first musical and I must say, I’m glad I saw it. It’s a really touching story with one or two of the main characters suffering from AIDS and HIV. The sadder songs portray how they feel, and the happier songs prove how lively you should feel about life. It was a fantastic movie and I recommend it to everyone. :)
